Corallino is the newest chapter from Cesarina Group—the family behind Point Loma’s beloved Cesarina and Ocean Beach’s Elvira. Opening early summer on Scott Street, Corallino brings a fresh, coastal expression of Italian hospitality to the heart of Shelter Island.

Inspired by its namesake Corallino (“coral” in Italian), the restaurant draws from the textures, colors, and rhythms of the sea—balanced with the warmth, craft, and generosity that define Chef Cesarina Mezzoni’s cuisine. This new concept celebrates the group’s deep roots in the Point Loma community, where the founders first planted the culinary vision that shaped Cesarina Group and continues to inspire their commitment to neighborhood-driven dining.
